I don’t see the option to enable push notifications. What should I do?

Please check the following:

  • You’re using either Chrome (Android) or Safari (iPhone).
  • You’re logged into your EZ+ account.
  • You haven't previously dismissed the prompt (if so, contact our Support team at support@ezplus.com to enable the option for you again).
  • You’ve installed the EZ+ App on iPhone (if prompted).
