I’m concerned that EZ+ push notifications might show information I don’t want others to see on my lock screen. How can I keep them private?

You can easily protect your privacy by adjusting your device settings to hide EZ+ notification content from the lock screen. You’ll still receive alerts, but the message details will only appear once the device is unlocked.
Here’s how to do it:iPhone (Safari Standalone Web App):

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Notifications.
  3. Scroll down and select EZ+ (available after allowing push notifications in Safari).
  4. Tap Show Previews.
  5. Choose When Unlocked or Never to hide message content on the lock screen.
:pushpin: Make sure EZ+ is added to your home screen and notifications are enabled.

Android (Chrome Web App & Standalone Web App):

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Apps & notifications > See all apps.
  3. Select Chrome (for browser notifications) or EZ+ (for standalone web app).
  4. Tap Notifications.
  5. Tap EZ+ notifications > then Lock screen.
  6. Choose Hide sensitive content or Don’t show notifications on lock screen.
:pushpin: Menu names may vary slightly depending on your device or Android version.
