EZ Rewards Points

Who can earn EZ Rewards points?
Customers who are 18 years or older (19 in Alabama) and are enrolled in the EZ Rewards program can earn EZ Rewards points by completing eligible transactions at participating EZCorp stores or through approved channels
 

What are EZ Rewards points?
EZ Rewards points are loyalty points earned when customers complete qualifying transactions with EZCorp. These points can later be redeemed toward eligible purchases or services, subject to program rules and minimum thresholds


When can I earn EZ Rewards points?
Points are earned after an eligible transaction is completed.
Points are typically credited to the customer’s EZ Rewards account within 48 hours of the transaction
 

Points are not earned for:
• Layaway fees
• Restocking fees
• Transactions paid using rewards points


Where can EZ Rewards points be earned?
EZ Rewards points can be earned at participating EZCorp locations, including in-store transactions. Eligible transactions may also be reflected in the EZ+ app when applicable


Why did I receive EZ Rewards points?
You received EZ Rewards points because you completed a
qualifying transaction, such as:
 

• Pawn origination

• Pawn redemption

• Retail purchase

• Selling an item to the store

• Final payment (redemption) of a layaway

Each transaction type earns points at a different rate, as defined in the EZ Rewards Terms & Conditions
 

How are EZ Rewards points earned?

EZ Rewards points are earned based on the dollar amount of eligible transactions. Examples include:
• Pawn origination: points based on the principal amount
• Pawn redemption: points based on service charges paid
• Retail purchases: points based on purchase price (excluding taxes)
• Layaways: points are earned only when the layaway is fully paid and redeemed, not for partial payments or fees

When do my points expire?
Non-promotional points expire nine (9) months from the date they are earned, unless a promotion states otherwise.
