I tried to submit a payment, but it looks like it failed, what should I do?

If you tried to submit a payment through your EZ+ account and you are not sure if the payment went through or received an error message, please check your e-mail inbox for an e-mail confirmation. If you never received an e-mail confirmation, then that means the payment was not processed and the funds wouldn't have been charged to your bank account.
