What is your Return policy?

If an item is inoperable and returned to the store of purchase within 1 business day of purchase, we will either exchange the item for a like-kind item of equal value, as determined by the store, if available, or issue store credit. In order for an item to be returned, the item must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, the sales receipt must be presented, and all accessories present at the time of purchase must accompany the return.  Sales on firearms, items sold as Bulk, or “As Is” are final sales.   

If a Product Protection Plan (PPP) was purchased on the item, the PPP will allow you to exchange the merchandise for up to 6 months from the date of sale, as long as the item is in the same condition it was when it was sold.
